Courtney Mudge is a compassionate Registered Nurse with a heart dedicated to healing and wellness. Graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Courtney started her journey in the healthcare field. For four impactful years, she served as a nurse in oncology, offering care, comfort, and support to patients and families facing challenging battles.

Driven by her innate passion for nutrition and holistic well-being, Courtney pursued further education and obtained her Health Coaching Certification.
